About Treasure Trails

Treasure Trails, Inc. is a non-profit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person.  The specific purpose of this corporation is to conduct community events such as treasure hunts for the purpose of assisting charitable organizations and causes in the community.

This corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The primary objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be fund raising activities performed by volunteers to support and benefit the local Salton Sea West Shores communities welfare and service organizations, schools and youth groups by sponsoring desert biodiversity, preservation and ecological education within adult and family recreational sporting events to which the public is invited to participate for a fee.  The income generated, less expenses, will be given to the afore mentioned groups as the Board of Directors delegates.

We have 9 board members and can not put on our two events without the generosity and work of fellow businesses, organizations and West Shores citizens.
